TKP manhole

TKP manhole is designed for storage of reserved length of fiber-optic cables, microcables, microducts and closures.

Key benefits

• Multiple re-entering and re-configuration of cables and closures inside the manhole.
• Sealing of duct entry by standard fitting. Blocking of unused entries by standard blank-plugs.
• Fiber-optic closure is installed vertically, cover of the manhole as a air bell protects closure from water.
• Cover diameter is designed to reduce excavation works in case of maintenance or repair - just a small trench (0,5 ь) must be digged.
• The manhole can be installed on trace or aside using special splitters.
• Cover of the manhole has a threaded connection with body which (together with rubber O-ring) guarantees sealing of the product.
• Cruciform grooves in the cover allow to screw it with spade and to fix the manhole on the concrete slab with metal tapes or wires to avoid emergency.
• TKP allows to change direction of trace without nned to dig a trench of optimal radius.
• Cover can have any colour for identification of different traces/owners in case of high density of ducts and cables in a region. (Standard colour is orange.)
